Joey, This mornings WSJ article about the MB issue implies that Intel will take a one time charge. The good news is that these are not usually considered important (right or wrong) by the street in evaluating operating performance. What is considered the clean number excludes one time charges. I suppose this is the opposite of the one time tax gain they took last quarter, no real impact because it's not on-going. John
