That router went down earlier this week. We will be bringing it back up as soon as possible. A good substitute might be jersey-r01 or a herndon based router. Alternatively, you can let QCharts find the fastest router for you automatically by setting AutoUpdateServerList=true in the ContinuumClient.ini file.
