Chief...I'd scale back on the conspiracy theory, but not much. Otherwise I agree wi the premise that once again the institutions that control the investing capital flow are sitting on the side lines regaining the power they sought to capture and hold with the LTC debacle. In short I agree. Question is, if you are right how does investing strategy change now that the "big guys" are in position to take any momentum players instead of being drawn in by them.
