I've always wondered why Clinton could get away with his constant lying and AlGore the Junior apparently can't pull it off. I mean, both have the substantial media bias in their favor.

My belief is that Clinton is the nation's leading Elvis impersonator, the lip biting et al, and the on some level that mesmerizes the populi vulgari. When Clinton isn't imitating Elvis, he's imitating JFK. He's a genuine political chameleon.

AlGore the Junior just comes across as a snake - and a robotic one at that.
