they should. There was a rumor a few days ago that Kirk Kekorian was buying Via. He was in the market, but was selling. Gabelli has made a lot of mistakes lately and this will probably be another. Redstone is intensely disliked by the powers that be both in New York as well as on the West Coast. His native city has nothing good to say about him. This should be a great short. Lincoln said it all--you can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time.
