reality check?
So touting the company that's paying your bills, huh? Does Intel still have 70 something % of the desktop market and 100% of the server market? AMD has made remarkable progress, as they could have been left for dead a year ago.
I have a lot of respect for IBM, but the most telling criticism I've seen of them might be that they are unfocused, i.e., they shotgun everywhere wrt HW and SW, and confuse the hell out of their customers. And, computer benchmark performance is only one part of the equation, and a SHRINKING part, I might add.
