I guess being a russett I shouldn't call you a smart cookie but that's a good strategy in my view. Like everything else the judgement is when is it good value? Sort of like that Internet stock I bought at $18 watched it go to $24 in a few days and it now trades at $6 and I still own it. It's good value now I guess.
