Short interest info on E*Trade:

trading-ideas.com

Shorts are slowly covering, but the key is that there is no panic involved. Thus, the shorts will be able to slowly cover while this stock lingers in the $20 range for the next 3 months.

Oh, and for you longs dreaming of a short squeeze, look no further than a company called SSFT.

trading-ideas.com

3.3 million shares short in March, but only 0.2 million shares short by April, the shorts all covered, but look at what happened to the stock price in that time. A slight change from low $5's to low $7's. And now the stock is back at $3. Ouch! May be you longs can get a chance to cash out at even money, except for those of you that bought at over $30...

Again, the shorts are not worried. EGRP will not bust through $60 even if all the shorts covered for the next month. Time is on the shorts' side on this stock.
