"One key for me: I see the Bronfman family as "smart money". They caused their ECIL-controlling company KOR to purchase more ECIL stock at $37. Therefore, any purchase of ECIL much under $37 by the small investor is a good bet, imo. ....... Another: Chinese President Zemen and entourage on their recent trip to Israel, visited ECIL. Also present at ECIL was Israeli President Weizman. I take this to mean that ECIL is or could be recognized by both governments as a company whose products and whose success might be important in the development of business relationships between both countries. "
