The only thing inside the house is to refinish a hardwood floor in the spare room that I use as a den/office. Everything else is going to be done outside. First thing is we're having like a 17x17 bluestone slate patio done in our backyard. A nice place to put a table w/an umbrella & some chairs...plus it's less grass to cut! :^) Also gonna do some additional planting of shrubs.
