Talk Visual, Motion Media & EnterTech Launch the TV225 Videophone Entertainment & Content Program At the Cannes Film Festival

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 2000--(OTC-BB: TVCP). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION is reprinting herewith the international press release as issued in the United Kingdom by Motion Media PLC of Bristol, UK. The News Information release is entitled "WATCHING MOVIES, MUSIC AND NEWS ON THE PHONE."

Alexander Graham Bell could never have imagined that one day people would be watching movies, live concerts and weather reports on a telephone.

Now, thanks to revolutionary advances in video-communications made by a British company, United States-based TALK VISUAL CORP of Miami Florida, today launches a service that enables the latest blockbuster or sporting event to be seen on an ISDN videophone from the home or anywhere in the world.

Dialling into a dedicated server from a videophone produced by Bristol-based Motion Media, viewers can select their desired programme using a simple, multi-choice menu activated from the videophone keypad - much like using a remote control.

After successful trials in America, the service is launched today at the Cannes Film Festival by Talk Visual Corporation and Hollywood-based EnterTech Media Group, Inc., whose films have included Platoon and The Last Emperor. The service is being provided pursuant to a contract with Talk Visual Corporation, which owns a 25% stake in EnterTech Media Group, Inc., to market Motion Media's pioneering videophone under the Talk Visual brand name "TV225." Talk Visual plans to sell the TV225 will be sold throughout North America and in other select markets worldwide.

Talk Visual Company President Eugene Rosov said: "We were immensely impressed by the quality of the Motion Media product. We dialed up our UK-based server over international ISDN - a 3,000-mile point-to-point connection - and watched English, Spanish and French news; commercials; and movie clips of all types. Whether displayed on the videophone's screen, or plugged into a large-screen TV, the delivery was remarkable," said Mr. Rosov.

Ken Burgin, Motion Media's Managing Director, said: "Talk Visual's launch shows the potential of using videophones for video-on-demand and demonstrates that our technology is able to deliver real time video in a way that the Internet is not yet capable of doing."
