Which early indications are those. NewsMax has your brain sparkling clean. The odds of the Miami wackos winning on any point is less than I can measure. This is their hail mary. On the slight chance that Elian did lose, I would hope that his father would put him into a car and get to Canada. Maybe they would decide to stay there, away from the exiled freaks. If it were my son I would break every law imaginable to make sure that my was never within 10 miles Lazaro, Donato, the faking fainter, the paramilitary felons, or any of the other weirdos that were camped in or around the Miami relatives home.

Hopefully it will not come to that. A court with learned men cannot in good conscioness allow Elian to be taken from his father or create a foolish legal precedent. A finding in favor of the Miami wackos would be incredibly destructive to the future of parent-child relationships in this country.
