It is too bad Sun didn't ramp sooner. Then the merger with Qlogic would not have been necesary. It is amazing that we hear from Qlogic that the customers all say how strong Ancor's technology is, but Ancor isn't a viable source unless Qlogic takes it over. I think if SUN had ramped sooner and the revenue had come in, the whole perception of Ancor as a financial loser would have been weakend or erased. Then the customers would have looked at Ancor as a strong player. As it is, we have had to give up control of the company to Qlogic, because the customers perceive them to have more power to execute and perform on production. I think the merger with Qlogic, strengthens Ancor and could be a 1+1=3 situation, where OEMs ship our product in the time frames they originally predict. Plus, with Qlogic, situations like EMC announcing an OEM where Brocade ships now, and Ancor ships later this summer, will hopefully change to Ancor ships now, Ancor is preferred, Ancor is what we recommend. I think this merger could create a very dynamic company capable of developing many new products and dominating the FC and Infiniband industry.
