Since I'm an IR rep and a partner I can't make that claim. Very few things in this business are IS or WILL; since we don't control the equipment and personnel, we have to couch our phrases in SHOULD and COULD. As you know, everything can go wrong, and a lot of things often do, so a disclaimer is proper from our perspective. But things are moving in the right direction. MWR completed a small private placement today for completion costs, which was part of the hold up. They had someone in place for it and had the rug pulled out, so we stepped in and made the arrangements. You should add some MWR for diversification. The price is right, the stock is tightly held, and they have the added attraction of a gold property in J-V with Newmont. I can vouch for management as well, which I can't always do. We're getting close!
