Computer Associates Expects Fourth Quarter Results To Be In Line With Analyst Expectations
ISLANDIA, N.Y., May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the regularly scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors today, Computer Associates International, Inc. announced that it expects financial results for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2000 to be in line with consensus estimates. In response to investor and analyst requests, CA will report its complete fourth quarter and fiscal year end results after the market closes on Monday, May 15, 2000. An analyst meeting is scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm Eastern Time that day.
