I think the dividend reinforces James earlier post. Remember the largest shareholders are Nam Tai insiders. They benefit the most from the dividend. This company is not investing enough of its profits in growth, so they are not generating as much as they should. The increase in revenues is nice but it is mostly a rebound to pre 1998 levels. it needs to be maintained before a higher PE will be seen. I have been in Nam Tai for about 4 years. I still think it has higher to go, but I get dissapointed by the dividend type maneuvers. Dan D
