Ha ha hah - Ya got some on ya, Mikey ... i guess the saying 'it takes one to know one' doesn't apply to jokes, eh ... lol Yes, Janice, great site - epicurious.com ... i got a new toner cartridge so now the Tiny Perfect Woman can copy off another few hundred recipes ... no kidding, i have to build a cupboard to hold them ... but it's worth it, she feeds me -g- This one was quite good for mexicana - mexico.udg.mx .. likely still is .. they've changed the url since we bookmarked it ... oh, and they have english now too i see ... under Mariscos ['seafood'] i recommend the camarones en salsa de flor de calabaza [shrimp in squash flower sauce] ... problem with this north of the 49th is that the shrimp is out of season by the time the squash flowers ... my wife makes a killer shrimp soup using her mother's achiote, tomatos, cilantro, green onions, shallots, etc ... absolutely our favourite meal ... she should write it up and send it to that site imho. i think originally we got it from this site - cs.cmu.edu [edit] - well i don't know what happened to make the double post ... ... but, if i had to hazard a guess, i would say - 'go2net' -g-
