Hi Freeus: Perhaps the most critical aspect of investing in bank instruments (whether CD/T-bill, etc...) is whether you get the 2 slice or the 4 slice toaster when you make the deposit. While Voltaire and others on this thread may base their criteria based on the number of slices, I like to consider alternative criteria, such as whether it can toast a bagel or not. I don't care if it can toast 2,4 or 8 slices at a time, if it can't toast a bagel, it's not worth the investment. Just another spontaneous thought to pass the time away. Best regards, David
