Eric, Just going by W2K 32 schedule, the first beta was out I think in 1998, the public betas started with Beta 3 which was released in May or June of 1999, with the OS finally being released in February 2000. The Datacenter edition is not out yet and is going to be late. My guess is that the 64bit edition will in fact be based on the DataCenter edition. Joe
