you said "own" cash or equity in another company, and you didn't specify a low cap:book, so only VIRS, of those below, qualifies. Nonetheless, all of these may fit your "spirit"..... VPHM (cash in bank is a loan, but $1/share over price) KDUS (only with escrow cash, favorable patent office action) VIRS (wretched news of late) NBSC (book, not cash, silly, silly cheap) all have plenty of leverage, KDUS and NBSC little or no burn.
