Master, that wasn't directed at you. I am in complete agreance with you. How could anyone possibly make this scenario work? Without utilizing some incredibly nonsensical methods, Juan can't lose. If Elian was forced to stay in America and his father decided to stay too how could anyone justify taking Elian from him. We would violate Juan's constitutional rights if he was prevented from freely traveling. And who could justify removing Elian from his father if Juan decided to stay in America.
