Good Evening Shalom; Thank you for asking about me. I have been feeling kind of dull and dry lately. Not much energy. Its hard to tell but I think my blood pressure meds affect me at times emotionally and just drain me. I probably need to exercise more and watch what I eat. Its a constant battle sometimes to take care of yourself. Oh well. To change the subject, have you ever heard of the East Indian guy called Depak Chopra? He has several books out about peace of mind, spirituality, and so on. I wonder if his books are ok. God bless. James
