Yes Arun, you must never express an opinion on a 'message board' that a stock should or should not be sold because the only purpose in saying so is to influence people to follow your advice and that would affect the price.

Any comment is illegal because others might also think the same once they see the idea.

That would affect prices which should be determined by Janet Reno, Joel Klein and Judge Jackson.
