Don't want to be accused of picking on you but can't stand your livid misunderstandings. Turner didn't start this , Aber started it by not following the JV Agreement which was carried forward from previous participants. We're not " back in court" we've not been out. Read the words in the last sentence of the Aber release, especially where it says ...."Aber will continue......"

Filing an Appeal was an absolute necessity from Winspear's point of view as a protection against Aber's conspicuously delaying tactics, and sh-t disturbing approach. You must be a lucky guy Lorne,
