Anyone remember Borland at $80? And the class action lawsuit against them dating back to the early 1990's? FWIW, I got my settlement check today, about 80 cents per share. 19,489 Proof of claim forms were filed with the total claims exceeding $203,646,030. The Net Settlement Fund available for distribution was $7,110,752. I'm guessing the lawyers have moved on to bleed Microsoft.
