If you fight and make the Feds angry, you lose. Every time. Maybe, maybe not. If there is no settlement, the higher court(s) will decide this, not the Feds. I commend MSFT for not drinking from the cup of the DOJ/States, which was filled by MSFT's competitors with their special blend of 'Kool-Aid'. Gary
