Hi Jim et al.....you to SSP......LOL The time has come for me to post a stock to keep an eye on.The company is OEL on the CDNX..... Timing of event: 45 days or by June 30 Events: 1)application has been made to the Nasdaq for OTC BB listing and has had deficiences sent back and completed and is due to re-submit in next three days. 2)Approval by CDNX of recent PP as well as debenture that has been arranged. 3)Approval of Bayou Choctau acquisition in Louisina 4)Rumours of another property acquisition to be announced once approval of financing is obtained. I have done a pro forma analysis of the company and have followed it for over a year.It is tightly held with only approx 800,000 in the public float.Fully diluted it has 7,800,000 shares out and trades at 1.00(CDN)Projected cashflows for 2000 is .96/share based on my analysis.Here is a link: Message 13691457 Not sure if this is the right thread or if a watch thread is still in place.If this is not appropriate here let me know for future reference.I have followed the developments here on this company for over a year and a half and if other info is required please contact me via PM.
