We should all be cheering on DIVA and their IPO because should it do well, CCUR will ride the wave. I hope the street loves DIVA because inevitably their competitors (CCUR) will look just as good or better. Another thought on DIVA is that they appear to be in need of a large infrastructure ($$$$$$$), and that will ultimately eat into their bottom line for the foreseeable future. JMO, but this looks like one of those ventures that will lose money for years and someone will snatch up the pieces (Time Warner, Cox, SFA) at a discount of what it would cost them to create their own.
