o.k. so scalability means the degree of ease of adding extra loads of data/content/users? to an application once it is designed? If this is correct, Amazon would in theory possess excellent scalability once it has its one-click buy a book application designed and warehouses in place. It can scale upward to accommodate more and more customers essentially at no extra cost. Am I right? Now, how does this concept apply to CTXS AND to its competitors. How does CTXS and its competitor compare in the scalability they have in their products.?? Thanks for a clear explanation. all the best jhg
