Kemble, Hi. I know why they're so successful, they really deliver. I went Gigabuys late Sunday night, ordered a HP scanner and 128M DRAM. When I got home Tuesday packages where there. Called tech support and installed the memory with out a hitch. It's such a pleasure dealing with them. I'm amazed with their size they can still execute such service excellence. Steve
