Steve, Hi!! RE: Hi. I know why they're so successful, they really deliver. I went Gigabuys late Sunday night, ordered a HP scanner and 128M DRAM. When I got home Tuesday packages where there. Called tech support and installed the memory with out a hitch. It's such a pleasure dealing with them. I'm amazed with their size they can still execute such service excellence. I have been told that Michael still holds two positions at DELL...#1 he is in charge of vision...and #2 he still controls service...I was told that he will not let that be pushed to anyone above him...That is...He still takes the ultimate responsibility for service...IMO this is why DELL will conquer the world...Folks just like you and me fall in love with the way they do business...
