I only have gloom and doom for the US market. What is the chance that PPI, CPI, ECI, GDP will surprise on the negative or positive? What is the trend? How have these numbers fared historically with similar trends in commodity prices, oil? Can anyone remember the Last Goldilocks economy? Hard to give up ideas of the big easy to trade the stock market dips. I have been a trader for years and this market is not following the rules. We all know it. The real returns of long and shorts has been choppy, but one thing is true.....the trend is down and Goldilocks is dead.
