No offense taken at all John. I was just voicing my opinion that the timing of insider sales suggests that near term price movement may depend more on market conditions than company fundamentals. In fact, I like the management of POWI as well. It's just that I believe that market dynamics will allow me to re-enter at a lower price. I think that the upside potential is great with this company and I'll be back in soon. regards... LIG
