Syd: Do you want successful criminal charges brought against those that deserve to be charged? I do have a specific reason for posting as I do on a public board, and it is for the benefit of the shareholders of GIFS and IMXS.
I was very clear that the Street Level "stories" written about me were untrue, and that the information I provided was misstated. The conservator confirmed every one of my allegations, from my investigation.
An important point to remember is this, I followed the "rules" as a member of the Street Level forum by disclosing damning information on the companies, while still holding considerable shares of IMXS. I knew the release of this information would hurt my holdings, but believed it more important that our open system of information be passed on. That is the only way these forums have value.
What was the reaction? A swift kick off the forum, and a concerted effort to destroy my credibility and name. There was no error in that intent, and the reason is clear.
Reread those articles again, they were posted here. Note how the nonresponsive letters of attorney Rosen were published, but never the letters of my attorney, Ulice Payne. Note in there that the attorney also flat out says that Ulice was never SEC commissioner for WI.
Attorney Rosen received on January 13th, 1997, I believe, the backgrounds, and civil and criminal judgements against his clients. This is a 50 page document, originally from Cleveland, Ohio.
I will give you one simple question to ask of Street Level. Ask Gayle
Essery if he wrote the CRIC sale and youthful indiscretion release.
In fact ask two questions. Also ask why he did not publish my retraction letter, and to date has not placed me back on the forum list. Am I not a credible contributor that did a thorough job of investigating GIFS and IMXS? Am I not the type of contributor that forum members want? What is the story here? Jeeeeeezzzzzz. (Street Level members will understand that)
I do have a plan, and I cannot disclose everything here at this time.

The action to date by the state has been civil. Criminal actions against Zayed... will follow. That is a whole seperate action.
