Beardown, what I don't understand is why more people aren't short selling this stock at these levels.
The company reports 220 million dollars in gross sales, but the admit that those figures include all 144 stores, but 86 of the stores don't even belong to KREM!!!!
As well, the prospectus states the per share earnings on the number of shares outstanding after the pre IPO re-organization. That doesn't include the 3,000,000 shares from the IPO, or the 1,821,000 shares from the options.
The current shares outstanding is closer to 14,305,957. That makes the earning 42 cents per share. Now we're trading at an astonishing 133 times earnings!!! WOW.
That's not the remarkable part because some people have a hard time thinking that's absurd when some Inet's trade at many times that . The really amazing number is one we can all get our heads around easily:
Each of the 58 KREM owned stores is valued at a measly 13,858,895.00. Not to mention the value of the recipes, and production capabilities.
OH my folks, when the music stops here, better find a chair.
