Paul: Good post. No information, just conjecture about the stock price. I just checked the latest EDGAR filings and I see NO qt reports filed as yet. The last report they filed was on February 14th. I suspect if they don't file their qt statements quickly, and file their annual report, that they will be in mega trouble with the SEC and NASDAQ. A scary thought: Look at your portfolio: How many stocks have NOT filed their annual report or qt statements as of 3/31??? Paul, I suspect something else is up, maybe the financial picture is not as rosy as you suspect. Rick D
