I'll bet somebody slides right into the vacuum he just created...there are probably 10 people just as good as he was lined up to take his place...the company is loaded with talent who can work within the rules of a big corporation environment!...I've been there...done that...and I might add that although it is a short time motivator, the number one reason that people leave one company and head for another is that they see down the road the way to earn more MONEY!...not for any altruistic reason...Anon
