When it was released that the FBI was investigating GIFS, their response was also positive. The conservator in the court filings yesterday moved to liquidate the company, and the CEO is on the lam in South America. Yes Bob, it is a different company. But, management responded publically on a very positive basis. This is not a story about shorts, it is a story about SOLV and its credibility. The market was very concerned yesterday. The important point of news from the two canadian papers is the quote of the union official regarding the plant. That was very negative.
