Ray, Did you by chance ask Mr Dillon how many shares are currently issued. I'm wondering if the current share base is just company insiders and those of us who received the shares and warrants from MXAM. If so, this might be the only chance I'll ever have to get in on the ground floor of an IPO. Just dreaming! <VBG> Bob
