A class action law suit has been filed on 30 April l997 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The case is number Civ.No. 97-3186.The named defendents are Diana Corporation,Sattel Communications Corp,Sattel Communications L.L.C.,Sattel Technologies,Streamlogic Corp,Concentric Network Corporation,Richard Y.
