CB, you are very correct! It is the cash flows into the market that will move it higher, but that won't happen until this FED stuff is all finished in June! On Tuesday, right after the raise, whether 1/4 or a 1/2 point, the talk will immediately be how much they will raise in June. So we have a good month of treading water, before any substantial market rise. OMHO
