Maybe I would, but I try not to take such things too personally... ;-)

Your point is taken, i.e. that people sell stock not when they think it's going to explode upwards in price, but when they think it's at least already fairly valued.

But insiders sell for a variety of reasons, and it is really difficult to demonstrate that they sold because they felt the stock would significantly drop. My feeling is that if that were the reason, they would have sold a lot more than they did.

Anyway, we'll see...
