[That's a guess really but other satellite operators were to share the spectrum is my understanding but I don't think they are going ahead].

PS: Should be a good day on the markets for Q! and G. Q! will get the DDI effect and Globalstar overlap [a little]. Globalstar should rise as people buy to cover and to own.

Now, we just need to sell heaps of minutes.
