The drop in the previous days could have been from a major
short seller, and the run-up prior to the halt due to
a combination of a major development in the company and
short-covering.

I don't think we have to postulate mysterious insider
selling, etc., which would not make any sense, anyway, as
it is likely, in my opinion, that this stock is headed much
higher.
