ECAR -- Gapping this morning, Crossing 30 & 200 day moving averages, Volume increasing last several days. Possible announcement next week. Looks like this will be second of my holdings making a come back. After NUZA. Also FSMEP may be turning around. bounced of .021 and now at .029 x .04.
