Following the Company's Annual General Meeting April 28, 2000, the following directors were
elected to the Board: Harry Z. Bristman, Richard Ilott, Gordon Read and Stan Stanley. The
following have been re-elected Officers of the Company: Harry Bristman, Chairman and CEO;
Richard Ilott, President; and Don Lyons, Corporate Secretary.
As previously announced, D.A. Huston & Associates have been retained pursuant to an investor
relations agreement. As part of the compensation package Mr. Huston has an option to receive
