It is up to you to prove Juan wasn't absentee. this guy is starting to sound like the Holocaust deniers. Just as they dismiss the testimony of the death camp survivors, the camp guards, the liberators, etc, the statements of the father, the INS people who interviewed him, the Cuban neighbors, his in-laws, even some of the Miami relatives etc....all dismissed by e-bill. He KNOWS, by golly.
