I was just giving my opinion on what would happen if the deal were to fall apart. The arbs that have purchased ANCR and shorted QLGC would dump their ANCR shares and cover their QLGC by buying QLGC. That supply would drop the stock (and raise QLGC). Thats the rational for the teens. As for wanting everyone to sell ancor my answer is no. I own ANCR shares not QLGC and I will be voting for the deal. It is a good deal for ANCR shareholders.

I would like to see QLGC sell the deal to the street and see the price recover back to mid $45 market willing.
