Al,

Dang, that's a lot of shares to buy without knowing the conversion terms. You serious? Because I agree, there's now a lid on the upside in return for near term survival. My board is all green oday except for PILL. It will indeed take time before this one recovers, measured in months or years, I think. At this point, I think I'll just forget about it for a while.
