Ron, Think about TESOF more like you would VRC than a driller. They are a manufacturer/services/rental company.

I own them because of two divisions. The top drive manufacture/rental business, and the tool manufacture/rental business. At this point I like them much better than VRC because most of their customers are land based and Canadian. The portable top drives are waaaay cool. They make electric and hydraulic drives, heavy and light duty. Think of them as VRC for land rigs.

The UBD and casing drilling stuff is more of a service business, engineering, setup, supervision, follow up. They also have some other very nice divisions, but I'm running out of time.
